Job Description

• Provide mental health nursing care in patients' homes, focusing on comprehensive assessment, treatment, and support.
• Utilize advanced nursing skills (e.g., catheterization, IV insertion) to provide exceptional care.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to create individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment in EMR and EHR systems.
• Educate patients and families on mental health management strategies.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and regulations to ensure patient safety.

Requirements

• Active PA Nursing License
• Preferred experience in home healthcare or a related field
• Strong communication, empathy, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
