Job Description

• Full-time positions available for day shift (6a-6p) and night shift (6p-6a).
• Night shift pay: $32.00 per hour + $15,000 sign-on bonus, paid immediately at $5.00 per regular hour worked, plus $4.00 per hour night shift differential, totaling $41.00 per hour.
• Day shift pay: $32.00 per hour + $7,500 sign-on bonus paid immediately at $2.40 per regular hour, totaling $34.40 per hour.
• Mileage reimbursement if over 20 miles roundtrip commute.
• Average daily census of only 100 residents.
• On-demand pay available (conditions apply).

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois.
• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility desirable, but nurses from all backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Must have compassion, tolerance, and understanding for older adults.
