Looking for a daytime Nurse Supervisor position? The full-time RN Nurse Supervisor will work Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. No on-call required! You will be responsible for processing new admissions, plus other supervisory duties.

Job Description

• Manage admissions
• Round with physicians
• Ensure compliance with nursing and government policies and procedures
• Inform patients' family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions
• Provide psychological and emotional support to patients, their family, and friends
• Complete necessary updates, reports, and documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with MDS and other IDT leaders

Requirements

• RN (Registered Nurse), licensed in the state of Illinois
• Supervisory experience
• Experience in long-term care/post-acute settings
• Leadership and relationship-building skills
• Compassion, tolerance, and understanding of older adults
