Family Medicine Physician

Location: Pelican Bay area of Naples and Bonita Springs, FL

Job Description:

Join a team of 2 MDs and 3 mid-levels in a 100% outpatient, primary care setting.
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, last appointments at 4pm with an hour of wrap-up time.
18-20+ patients per day.
EMR used is Athena.

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician.
FL Medical license in hand ideally with the ability to start quickly.
Clean Malpractice & Background a must.

Benefits:

Market competitive salary & bonus structure; Health / Dental / Vision coverage; 50% of premium.
Malpractice coverage; 3 weeks PTO, 1 week sick leave, 1 week CME.
Base salary with earning potential over $240k.
$20 per head bonus for extra patients seen (20 per day min).
