Location: Nassau County, New York

Job Description:

Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
100% outpatient care
EMR used is eClinicalWorks
5 primary health locations within Nassau County and Southeast Queens

Schedule:

Start date ASAP
Monday to Friday
2 days per week: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
2 days per week: 8:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Fridays: 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Requirements:

Active NY license and DEA

Compensation:

Starting salary at $130k based on experience
