Job Description

• Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Full-time (Monday-Friday but open to 4/10s; no weekends) or part-time (2 days a week minimum; Monday/Friday preferably; no weekends)
• Call is rotated among 4 providers; happens once a month for full-time/part-time
• Telehealth and clinic; would be open to someone for 100% Telehealth but prefer a mixture of both
• Open to new graduates who are board certified and licensed in Oregon
• All ages but mostly adults
• Will be seeing about 18-22 patients per day
• 100% outpatient
• $165k+ salary for full-time; will be a 1099 private contractor on a 2-year contract with the client (no benefits)
