Well-respected community-based hospital looking for a Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to work in Northern Illinois about an hour from Rockford, IL!

Job Description

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Full-time, 40 hours Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• 70% outpatient/30% inpatient
• Call 10 days per month
• Will see ages 18+
• Urology APP experience preferred
• EMR used is NextGen and Cerner
• Competitive salary around 131k depending on experience, comprehensive benefits, PTO, etc.
