Health Services Coordinator, RN

The Health Services Coordinator, RN is a vital role in our assisted living facilities. The Health Services Coordinator, RN is responsible for ensuring the general well-being of residents through the delivery of high-quality services in a manner consistent with the philosophy of assisted living and in compliance with all applicable state laws and regulations. The Health Services Coordinator, RN is responsible for orientation, and managing and supervising the Resident Care Aides. Reports to the Director of Assisted Living. This position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, and on call every third week for after-hour and weekend emergencies.

Job Description

• Ensure the general well-being of residents through high-quality service delivery
• Manage and supervise the Resident Care Aides
• Conduct orientation for new staff members

Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN)
• Licensed to practice in the state of Iowa
• Keep license current by obtaining required CEUs

Schedule
