Good Shepherd, Inc. located in Mason City, IA, is looking for full-time 6a-6p; 6p-6a; 10p-6a, and part-time 2p-10p licensed nurses. Good Shepherd provides proper housing and care for seniors. We strive to be the model of providing a continuum of care for our aging generation in Mason City and all of North Iowa. We are looking for dedicated nurses to join our team and enhance the lives of our residents with their expertise and care. 8 hr/12 hr shifts available.

Job Description

• Assist in the planning, organizing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of resident care
• Provide care for elderly residents in long-term care settings

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• License to practice nursing in the state of Iowa
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for working with the elderly
• Experience will be considered regarding salary
