Join our team in a hybrid model that includes one attending for every three CRNAs. This position offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for both in-house and at-home call.
Job Description
- Schedule: 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 AM - 5 PM
- 10 or 12 hour shifts
- Weekends only available for at-home call. One shift available for in-house from 7 AM - 5 PM and then at-home from 5 PM - 7 AM.
- Attending has 30 minutes to respond to call, so the CRNA needs to be confident and autonomous. They may be working without MD supervision for those full 30 minutes.
- Perform epidurals and purple blocks at attending's preference.
- Handle emergent intubations, codes, AAA, and c-sections.
- No trauma cases (not a trauma center).
- Work with General Surgery, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, EP/Pacemaker, Cardiac (not required, only on request), healthy pediatrics, and OB.
- Competent in airway and regional skills, able to perform spinal blocks.
- EMR: EPIC.
- Length of assignment: 6 months.
- Start date: As soon as credentialed.
- Credentialing takes approximately 45 - 50 days.
- Strongly prefer candidates with 3-4 years of experience in an inpatient setting. Looking for someone confident and independent who can adapt to changing situations.
Benefits
- Pay rate: $250/hour with a weekly stipend of $1200-$1400.
