Job Description

• Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Educate patients on treatment options, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing oral health concerns. Build positive relationships with patients and create a comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations. Provide guidance on treatment plans, protocols, and best practices.
• Adhere to established clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures. Implement and follow specialty referral guidelines when necessary.

Pay Information

• Competitive daily rate starting at 1500/day versus 45-50% of production based on skills and experience.

Office Overview

• Location: 10580 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33913
• Schedule: Part-time, 2 days/week
• 3000 sq ft practice with 9 operatories
• Digital and paperless practice with CBCT and Itero

Requirements

• Endodontic Residency Certificate of Completion
• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted dental license
