    Physical Therapist

    Join our team as a Physical Therapist, where you will evaluate, plan, implement, and educate in conjunction with the client to achieve maximal functional outcomes for reintegration to home, work, community, and leisure activities. This position provides quality rehabilitative services to persons of all ages.

    Job Description

    • Evaluate, interpret referrals, and develop treatment plans for patients.
    • Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
    • Participate in discharge planning and thorough documentation.
    • Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury.

    Requirements

    • Active license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Iowa.
