Job Description:

• Great Strides Rehabilitation is a part of the H2 Health family of brands, which supports all stages of life, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Offers pediatric therapy with a multi-disciplinary, collaborative approach for children with special needs.
• Therapists treat patients in outpatient clinics, medically fragile daycares, and private schools.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice Physical Therapy, or eligible to apply for PT license in the next 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Work on multi-disciplinary teams with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Music Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts for a collaborative, comprehensive approach to therapy that is focused on quality of care.
