Otterbein Green Hills and Universal Home Health and Hospice Care (a part of Otterbein SeniorLife) specialize in providing a full continuum of in-home services to meet the needs of patients at every phase of their lives. Serving clients in three counties, we are looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals at our non-profit, faith-based organization with deep community roots.

Job Description

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients admitted to Home Health or Hospice Services.
• Work under the direction of a Physical Therapist and provide treatments following physicians' orders.

Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by an accredited facility is required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• 1 year of home health experience preferred.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday.
