Job Description

• Implement best practices and foster a culture of excellence amongst our nursing staff.
• Provide strong leadership and ongoing education to ensure the team is well-equipped to address the unique health needs of residents.
• Enhance communication between staff, residents, and families, promoting a supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being of all.

Requirements

• An active RN license in the state of Minnesota.
• At least 3 years of management, geriatric, and rehabilitation nursing experience is preferred.
• Must possess strong management, organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Have a strong understanding of federal and state regulations and guidelines affecting nursing home care.
