Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
We are hiring part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents' needs. All of our clients live within our gated retirement community, which means no travel once you are on campus.
Job Description
- Assisting residents in activities of daily living
- Implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
- Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
- Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
- Supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
Requirements
- Current license for Nurse Aide registered with Virginia Board of Nursing
- 1-2 years of CNA experience preferred
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification required
- New grads welcome to apply
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation ranges from $17.00-$21.00/hour, commensurate with experience, plus applicable shift bonuses
- Evening Shift Bonus M-F - additional $1.50/hour
- Night Shift Bonus - additional $2.00/hour
- All shifts receive Weekend bonus of $2.00/hour
