    Location: Central Connecticut

    Job Description:

    • Start: As soon as credentialed
    • Length: Ongoing
    • Schedule: Weekday shifts x 1 week - Mon-Fri 7:00-4:00pm, Three weekday nights Mon-Fri 4:00pm to next am 7am, Two weekend shifts Saturday or Sunday for 24 hours from 7am to next day 7am
    • EMR: Epic
    • Cases/Procedures Per Day: 5
    • Description of OR Staff: Full complement
    • Patient Age Demographic: Primarily Adult/Geriatric but occasionally child/adolescent
    • Procedures required: Adult trauma cases, Geriatric trauma cases, Penetrating trauma cases, Blunt trauma cases, Chest tube insertion
    • Laparoscopic procedures required: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy

    Requirements:

    • Board Certification
    • Fellowship training
    • CT state license (Or willing to obtain)
    • DEA
    • ACLS
    • Local preferred

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Hourly rates: $350/hr W2 and $400/hr 1099
    • Mileage reimbursement
