Job Description:

Start: As soon as credentialed
Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Weekday shifts x 1 week - Mon-Fri 7:00-4:00pm, Three weekday nights Mon-Fri 4:00pm to next am 7am, Two weekend shifts Saturday or Sunday for 24 hours from 7am to next day 7am
EMR: Epic
Cases/Procedures Per Day: 5
Description of OR Staff: Full complement
Patient Age Demographic: Primarily Adult/Geriatric but occasionally child/adolescent
Procedures required: Adult trauma cases, Geriatric trauma cases, Penetrating trauma cases, Blunt trauma cases, Chest tube insertion
Laparoscopic procedures required: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy

Requirements:

Board Certification
Fellowship training
CT state license (Or willing to obtain)
DEA
ACLS
Local preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly rates: $350/hr W2 and $400/hr 1099
Mileage reimbursement
License reimbursement
Certification reimbursement
Travel and accommodation expenses reimbursed
