Physician Assistant Oncology
Join our team as a Physician Assistant in the Inpatient Oncology department at John Theurer Cancer Center, Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey. This position is focused on providing patient-centered coordinated care in an evening shift role.
Job Description
- Full-time evening position to cover inpatient APN needs.
- Shifts from 12 PM to 10 PM (4) 10-hour shifts.
- Oncology and inpatient experience needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PA program.
- Master's degree.
- Maintains clinical competencies through participating in continuing educational programs and clinical practice as mandated by the Board of Nursing and national certification body.
- Experience in relevant patient care setting or as regulations dictate.
- NJ State Professional Physician Assistant License.
- Physician Assistant License.
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
- Maintains certification as PA in New Jersey.
- Maintains National or Board Certification as appropriate in area of specialty.
Compensation
- Starting base salary: $117,395.20 annually.
