Job Description

• Oversee nursing care in a department or shift
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff, ensuring adherence to care standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient care plans, making adjustments as necessary
• Facilitate communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding care plans

Requirements

• Valid Alabama or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Experience as a charge nurse or in a leadership role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively

• Salary: $21.39-$26.82/hr based on experience
