Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time Physician for a multi-provider, adult, primary care practice in the semi-rural town of Plainfield, CT located on the Rhode Island border in eastern Connecticut and within 45 minutes of Providence, RI. This is a hybrid position, split between in-person clinic and virtual health.

Job Description

• Access to behavioral health, high risk nurse care managers, and social workers
• Efficient operations, engaged office staff, 2.5 staff per physician, and your own medical assistant
• Use of EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
