Job Description

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts/units as needed.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements

• Current Arizona or Compact State RN license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
• Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, and PALS required upon hire.
