    Job Description

    • Our IMC/Progressive Care Unit is comprised of 30 beds with a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio.
    • You will be playing a crucial role in making our community at Lake Havasu City healthier and will be part of a team with a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across disciplines to coordinate patient care as well as opportunity for growth and enhance your skills in critical care.
    • In this position, you will work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

    Requirements

    • Current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
    • Associate's degree required.
    • Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire.
    • BCLS is required on hire (once ACLS is obtained BCLS no longer required).
    • Advance Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 60 days of hire.
    • PALS and TNCC Certification required within 6 months of hire.
    • Moderation Sedation within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter.
    • EKG Course and NIHSS Stroke within 30 days of hire and thereafter.
    • Minimum one (1) year Med/Surg/Telemetry experience.
