Job Description

• Monday to Friday schedule
• On-call duties required
• Flexible schedule; you pick your rounding days and times in the facilities
• Day call on days covering
• Day call weekend rotation
• Full-time (3.5-5 days)
• 20+ encounters per day
• Target start: ASAP - Ongoing
• Contract type: Employee / W2

Requirements

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine required
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Board certified or eligible in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM)
• Passion to serve active older adults
• Desire to lead
