Job Description

• Begin your assignment as soon as possible and provide vital support to our patients during a short staffing period (July 5th - July 14th, 2024).
• Contribute your expertise by responding to call needs and providing timely consultations and care plans for inpatients with a variety of medical conditions.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses and other healthcare professionals focused on providing high-quality patient care.
• Utilize the MEDHOST electronic medical records system to ensure efficient documentation and communication.
• With a streamlined credentialing process taking approximately 5 days, you can begin your assignment quickly.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a current and active license to practice medicine in Tennessee.
• Board-certified in either Family Medicine or Pediatrics by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP).
• Current BLS certification.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to inpatients of all ages within a hospital setting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• The ability to manage a fast-paced call environment while maintaining a high level of clinical judgment and decision-making.
