Hospitalist Medicine Physician (Locum Tenens)

Job Description
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Perform necessary procedures as needed.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Manage patient medications effectively.
- Document medical records accurately and comprehensively.
- Communicate clearly and collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Board certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (FM).
- Active Kentucky medical license is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Hospital Medicine is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and experience managing a diverse range of medical conditions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
Schedule
- Locum tenens position (ASAP - Ongoing)
- Flexible schedule to accommodate days, nights, and weekends
- Duration: 3 months
