Job Description

• Perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams on a PRN basis
• Conduct interview-based assessments with some physical evaluations, including range of motion testing and muscle strength testing
• Submit DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion
• Complete evaluations in the provider portal with records reviewed

• Shift Type: PRN, as needed basis
• Shift Duration: Half-day (4 hours or less) or full day (4-8 hours)
• Board Certification: Required in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R
• DMA Certification: Available (CME credits)
• Equipment Required: Own personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs), Goniometer
• Training Provided: Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)
• Providers Needed: More than 5

Requirements

• Specialty Background: Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio
• Skills: Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions
