    ENT Physician

    Job Description

    • Provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions in both adults and children.
    • Perform in-office procedures and surgeries in an ambulatory setting.
    • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and audiologists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Conduct thorough patient consultations, educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment options, and provide clear and compassionate communication.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within the Epic electronic medical records system.

    Requirements

    • Board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology (ABO) or board-eligible with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence. General ENT practice is preferred, with fellowship training and an otology focus/interest a plus.
    • Possess or be eligible to obtain an active state medical license in Washington State.
    • A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
    • The ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records within the electronic medical records system.
    • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (religious and medical exemptions considered upon request).
