Cardiology Non-Invasive Advanced Practice Provider

Asheville Cardiology Associates, a leader in cardiovascular care and partner of Mission Health, is seeking an experienced cardiology advanced practice provider to join our busy and expanding cardiology practice in Clyde, NC.

Job Description

• Completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams
• Has, and maintains, current license with the North Carolina Medical Board
• BLS, ACLS certification required
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Cardiology APP experience preferred; and/or cardiology clinical rotations

Position Highlights

• OP focused position
• Schedule is 4, 10 hr. shifts per week
• Standard 80 hrs. per bi-weekly pay period
• No call coverage
• Works closely alongside one physician
• APP will see an average of 16-18 patients per day
• Will see a blend of new and existing patients; case mix includes pre-ops, post-ops, follow-ups, stress tests, etc.
