    Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

    ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join HCA Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

    Job Description

    • Acute care certified or experienced PA
    • At least 12 months ICU experience preferred
    • APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, dialysis catheter access, and management of mechanical ventilation
    • Ability to work Full Time, 13 shifts per month
    • 12-hour shifts, mix of days and nights
    • 23 ICU beds - Medical Surgical ICU with CTS and ECMO program
    • Teaching facility with GME program
    • Day shift: 1 MD, 1 APP and 1 swing shift APP (11a-11p); Night shift: 2 APPs with MD on-call
