Regional Medical Director - Emergency Medicine

Location: Greater Orlando Area

Job Description:

• Join HCA Florida Healthcare's North Florida Division as a Regional Medical Director for the Emergency Medicine Service Line.
• Oversee and manage market affairs in real time.
• Develop relationships and attend hospital meetings with C-suite, alongside Senior Vice President.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• Must reside in the greater Orlando area.
• Previous leadership experience with demonstrated department operational efficiency.
• Ability to manage new contract start-ups.
• Proficiency in performing complex tasks.
• Identifies and executes on quality improvement initiatives.
• Dedicated focus on patient satisfaction.
