Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Neurology

HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant for a hospital-based position to join their busy neuroscience team.

Job Description

• Duties include covering general neurology service and comprehensive stroke service line.
• Comfortable with responding to stroke alerts, rounding on patients, rounding with the physician (some ICU management), and clearing patients for procedures.
• Schedule is 7 on / 7 off.
• 12-hour shift.
• Nights only.
• Work with an established neuroscience team including neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuro-interventionalists, and additional nurse practitioners/physician assistants.
