Location: Greater Tampa, Florida Area

Job Description:

• Provide floating coverage at HCA Healthcare hospitals in the Greater Tampa, Florida Area
• Work with over 200 board certified multispecialty pathologists nationwide
• Collaborate with physician partners to achieve favorable patient outcomes

Requirements:

• AP/CP certification or board eligibility
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
• Comfortable with the full scope of AP and CP for community hospital practice
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pathology Work Description:

• Handle a wide range of surgical pathology specimens
• Cytology cases primarily consist of non-GYN specimens, thyroid FNAs, and lung FNAs
• Clinical pathology may include peripheral smears and blood bank reviews
