Requirements

• Three years of experience in the area of Family Medicine
• Familiarity with telemedicine and prior experience is a plus
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program or graduate of AMA accredited Physician Assistant program; BA/BS, MS preferred
