This private practice focuses on IVF and OR procedures and is situated within a well-equipped medical complex managed by a dedicated management company.

Job Description

• Schedule: Flexible and accommodating to promote a healthy work-life balance.
• Patient Volume: Daily patient volume of fewer than 20, prioritizing the delivery of high-quality care.
• Support Staff: A skilled team of 15 members, including MAs, nurses, lab staff, and front office personnel, many of whom have been integral to the practice for several years.
• Revenue & Earning Potential: Annual gross revenue exceeding $4 million, with a potential earning of over $1,000,000 per year and the option for a partnership track.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completion of Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
• Strong leadership abilities combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Eagerness to expand the volume of IVF procedures and enhance the practice's legacy.

Procedures & Services

The current practice mix comprises approximately:

• 20% surgeries
• Over 300 FET's per year
• 130 IVF cycles annually
• Opportunity to transition OR responsibilities to focus more on expanding IVF services.
