    Clinical Supervisor

    The Clinical Supervisor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who serves as a key clinical leader in the clinic, directly supporting clinical operations and providing clinical oversight for all clinicians. HHF is Great Place to Work Certified in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

    Job Description

    • Provide clinical oversight and case guidance for all clinicians within the assigned clinic.
    • Maintain a caseload of clients, conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and updating treatment plans based on client progress and needs.
    • Review all client treatment plans to ensure effective therapy is delivered on a case-by-case basis.
    • Monitor clinical documentation and data collection across teams to ensure clinical effectiveness, timeliness, and consistency.
    • Oversee the productivity/utilization and performance of all BCBAs within the clinic, including regular review of client records and clinical progress and providing strategic recommendations for case management.
    • Collaborate with the Office Manager on all scheduling and productivity.
    • Provide direct leadership and support to BCBAs and Lead BCBAs, fostering a collaborative and accountable clinical culture.
    • Report operationally to the Operations Manager, with a dotted-line clinical reporting relationship to the Regional Director of Quality Assurance or Senior Clinic Director to ensure alignment with broader clinical standards and quality initiatives.
    • Review all treatment recommendations, at admission and upon re-assessments, and lead discussions/reviews with all parents/caregivers.

    Quality Assurance and Clinical Support

    • Conduct regular treatment integrity checks and clinical observations.
    • Collaborate with the clinical leadership to align practices with HHF clinical protocols, and Federal and State regulatory standards.
    • Ensure compliance with ethical standards as defined by the BACB and relevant state licensure boards.

    Team Development and Mentorship

    • Provide mentorship, modeling, and competency assessments for Fellows, LBS, and BCBAs to support their growth and clinical development.
    • Participate in clinical team meetings, contribute to training initiatives, and lead collaborative case reviews.

    Family Collaboration

    • Offer guidance and training to families on treatment progress and home programming strategies.
    • Respond to family inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

    Clinical Documentation

    • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records, reports, and session documentation in alignment with funder and licensing requirements.

    Requirements

    • Active BCBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Active state license where applicable.
    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience.
    • Minimum 2 years Lead BCBA experience supervising RBTs, BCBAs, LBSs, or Fellows preferred.
    • Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and mentorship capabilities.
