This 120-bed facility has private rehabilitation suites with easy access to the therapy gym. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient.

Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment for daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements

• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
