    Job Description:

    • Available Shifts: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm Monday-Friday

    Pay, Benefits and Perks:

    • $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates

    Essential Functions:

    • Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
    • Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
    • Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
    • Assess and document resident's condition and nursing needs
    • Accurately and promptly implement physicians' orders
    • Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with resident's needs and team capabilities
    • Administer medications
    • Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
    • Document treatments as required
    • Ensure supplies are used economically, and equipment is clean and maintained safely
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited LPN School of Nursing
    • One year of nursing experience is preferred
    • Valid LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
    • Valid CPR certification
    • Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
    • Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
    • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
