Job Description

• Oversee the coordination of resident care with a hands-on management style.
• Develop and revise nursing and clinical policies to meet company and regulatory standards.
• Lead recruitment efforts and ensure the quality of nursing staff.
• Monitor supplies and equipment to manage costs efficiently.
• Foster an atmosphere of respect and collaboration among staff.

Requirements

• Leadership skills: 1+ years in a supervisory role and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience: 2+ years in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Required licenses: RN License and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Hands-on manager: Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can handle emergencies with grace.
• Customer-centered approach: A leader who promotes respect, professional growth, and ensures exceptional care for our residents.
