Hiawatha HomeCare has immediate opportunities for compassionate nurses to provide 1:1 care for a pediatric client, located in Hastings!

Job Description

• Provide meaningful 1:1 care to a client with complex medical needs
• Full-time, part-time & PRN hours are available
• Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician's plan of care
• Reports significant changes in the client's condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician
• Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs
• Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician's orders, and medication profile for the client
• Charts cares thoroughly & accurately during shift
• Provides advice & support to clients & their families

Requirements

• Must have an active RN or LPN license in Minnesota
• Ability to relocate to Hastings, MN 55033 before starting work
