Job Description

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures as directed by registered nurses or physicians
• Document patient conditions and progress
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and medication instructions

Requirements

• Valid LPN licensure
