Job Description

• Assist in monitoring vital signs and observing the health status of residents.
• Support in the development and updating of individual care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for any side effects.
• Provide nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Respond to medical emergencies and ensure availability of necessary medical supplies.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care needs.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Support with respiratory treatments, Gastro-Jejunal tube nutrition, suctioning and tracheotomy care, and catheterizations.

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Massachusetts.
• Must have at least 1 year of LPN experience.
• CPR Certification (Required).
• First Aid Certification (Required).

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour.

Shift Availability

• 2nd shift, 2:30pm-10:30pm.
• Week 1 days off: Tuesday/Saturday, Week 2 days off: Sunday/Friday.
