Job Description

• Health Assessment: Assist in monitoring vital signs and observing the health status of residents.
• Care Planning: Support in the development and updating of individual care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for any side effects.
• Direct Care: Provide nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies and ensure availability of necessary medical supplies.
• Education & Advocacy: Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care needs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist with specialized care: Support with respiratory treatments, Gastro-Jejunal tube nutrition, suctioning and tracheotomy care, and catheterizations.

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Massachusetts
• Must have at least 1 year of LPN experience

• 2nd shift, 2:30pm-10:30pm; Days off: Week 1 - Sunday/Friday Week 2: Tuesday/Saturday

Pay

• $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
