Job Description

• Manage 24/7 respiratory therapy operations.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.
• Implement procedures, budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on resident and facility needs.
• Lead pulmonary rounds and foster a positive work environment.
• Drive quality improvement and innovation in care.
• Educate and counsel residents and families.
• Uphold professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in Kentucky.
• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related facility preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a healthcare setting preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software as needed.
