Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate nursing services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
• Provide leadership and direct care as needed.
• Support staff development and education.
• Address complaints and staffing needs.

Requirements

• Current KY RN license; Associate or BSN degree.
• 2+ years of direct care (supervisory experience preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, supervisory, and communication skills.
