Job Description:
- Craft tailored, evidence-based intervention plans.
- Set the bar high with adherence to BACB professional and ethical standards.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate across diverse groups for consistent and effective interventions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Total Compensation: $70,125 - $109,938, including base salary and annual bonuses; tiered and based on experience and competency.
- Clinician-Designed Bonus: Bi-weekly rewards from client engagement and caseload.

Requirements:
- A master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
- Current BCBA certification.
