    Job Description:

    • Craft tailored, evidence-based intervention plans.
    • Set the bar high with adherence to BACB professional and ethical standards.
    • Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care.
    • Collaborate across diverse groups for consistent and effective interventions.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Total Compensation: $70,125 - $109,938, including base salary and annual bonuses; tiered and based on experience and competency.
    • Clinician-Designed Bonus: Bi-weekly rewards from client engagement and caseload.

    Requirements:

    • A master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
    • Current BCBA certification.
