Job Description

• Works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team under the direction of the RN to provide personal care services and skilled nursing services to address urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers.
• Must be able to complete a 6 - 8 weeks, full-time, day shift orientation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience required.
• Must work a minimum of 64 hours per two-week pay period.
• Must work a minimum of 40 hours per two-week pay period.
