A hospital in Gainesville, Florida is seeking two experienced Board-Certified Anesthesiologists to provide daytime locum tenens coverage beginning in August 2025. This is a weekday-only position with optional weekends and call, offering a high-volume, high-diversity surgical caseload.

Job Description

• Daytime shifts only; no nights required
• Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Estimated monthly volume: 14 shifts / 112 hours
• Optional weekend and call coverage
• No trauma or cardiac (cardiac handled by a separate MD team)
• Cross-credentialed at an affiliated surgical facility
• Case types include: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, Cardiac Ablations, Interventional Radiology, Neuro IR, Neuro, Bronchoscopy
• EMR: Meditech
