Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Locum CRNA

One of our partners in Florida is seeking a Locum CRNA for ongoing 12-hour day shift coverage beginning as soon as credentialed. This is a high-priority need requiring full-time open availability.

This opportunity offers a strong surgical case mix, a collaborative anesthesia team, catered meals daily, and no call or weekend responsibilities.

Schedule

• 3 x 12-hour shifts weekly (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Must be able to work Monday and Friday (one or both days)
• Maximum: 40 hours per week
• No call / No weekends

Assignment Highlights

• No call responsibilities
• No weekend coverage
• 12-hour day shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)
• Mix of supervision and independent practice model
• EPIC EMR
• Catered breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided daily
• Snacks provided for anesthesia providers
• Travel covered per facility policy
• Temporary privileges possible in 30-60 days for clean-file providers with Florida license in hand
• Standard credentialing timeline: 120 days
• Out-of-state providers only (must submit copy of out-of-state driver's license)

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia services across multiple service lines
• Work within a collaborative supervision/independent model
• Document all care in EPIC
• Participate in required clinical interview with Chief CRNA/Site Medical Director prior to approval

Majority Cases:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• GI
• Robotics

Additional Case Types:

• OB (C-sections required; epidural skills helpful but not required)
• Radiology
• Endoscopy
• Plastics
• ENT
• Neuro
• Ophthalmology

No trauma. CRNAs may perform their own nerve blocks at times.
