Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Houston, Texas

We provide both virtual and onsite support, ensuring that students receive quality and consistent care in the format that best meets district needs.
Job Description:
- Blend in-person care with Huddle Up's innovative tech-enabled platform
- Deliver speech language pathology services in a K-12 setting for school-based children across the nation
- Leverage technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care
- Collaborate with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors
- Provide face-to-face therapeutic services to a diverse population of school-aged children

Compensation:
The on-target earnings for this role are $42-$55 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will depend on multiple factors, including the successful candidate's skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.
Requirements:
- Able to commit to 40 hours per week
- Active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence
- Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
- Full-time resident of the United States
- Consistent and reliable transportation for punctual and dependable attendance
- At least 6 months of experience developing, implementing, and leading an IEP for students in a school setting
- Experience and comfortability with various types of technology
- Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
- Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
- Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete Medicaid billing if necessary
