Primary Care Provider

Job Description

• Provider must have a minimum of 2 years in outpatient primary care
• Rural health clinic experience preferred
• Able to work autonomously
• Must be Board Certified
• Must be able to be credentialed
• Direct patient care time will be split between acute care and established patient panel
• Replacement for provider who is retiring
• Visa sponsorship offered
• Primary care: Pediatric through Geriatric
• High elderly population
• Experienced in chronic disease management
• 18-24 patients per day
• 36 patient hours, 4 hours of admin time - no call
• EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
• Supported by an RN team leader and medical assistant
